Restaurant SEO

Restaurant SEO: be there when they decide where to eat.

The decision about where to have dinner is made on a phone, in minutes, on Google Maps. We take care of the profile, the menu and the website so your restaurant is one of the three that show up.

Short answer

How do you show up on Google when someone searches for a restaurant nearby?

What you can control matters most: a complete and active Google Business Profile (categories, opening hours, photos and answered reviews), a fast website with the menu as text and the same address and opening hours on every channel, and reviews from real guests. There are no tricks: there is consistency, every week.

The problem

Why the restaurant next door shows up first.

  1. 01

    The menu is a PDF

Google reads PDF files and photos of menus poorly. The dishes that make you special do not count in search.

  2. 02

    An outdated profile

Old opening hours, dark photos and unanswered reviews suggest a place that is not well looked after.

  3. 03

    It only exists on platforms

With bookings and the menu only on third-party platforms, your own website has no content to gain relevance.

What we do

What we do, in this order.

First, what brings results fastest.

  1. 01

    Google Business Profile

The right categories, opening hours, menu, well-chosen photos, attributes and a link to bookings.

  2. 02

    An indexable menu

The menu becomes text on the website, with sections, prices and allergens. Readable on a phone and by Google.

  3. 03

    A fast, bilingual website

A restaurant page with structured data, address and opening hours identical to Google's, and an English version.

  4. 04

    Reviews and routine

A simple template for asking for reviews and monthly updates to keep the profile active.

Frequently asked questions

Answers before you decide.

How long until I show up on Google Maps?

Improvements to the profile show within weeks. Rising steadily in an area with a lot of competition normally takes 3 to 6 months.

Is the Google profile enough, without a website?

It helps, but the website gives Google the menu, the description of the restaurant and confirmation of the information. And it is where bookings carry no commission.

Do you reply to reviews for us?

No. Replies should come from the restaurant. We give you a simple template and help you build the habit of asking real guests for reviews.

Can I keep TheFork or another platform?

Yes. The goal is not to leave the platforms, it is to stop depending on them: the website and Google start bringing direct bookings.

Do you photograph the dishes?

Yes, on quotation. Photography is one of the things that weighs most on Google Maps and on the website.
