Short answer

What should a restaurant website include?

A restaurant website should show the concept, the menu, the location, the opening hours and availability, without making anyone search. Then it should let guests book directly in a few steps and give the team a simple place to manage requests. All of it working on mobile first, and ideally in Portuguese and English.

The problem

Interest disappears before the booking.

  1. 01

The menu is hard to read

PDFs, tiny type and outdated prices undermine confidence at the very moment the guest is choosing.

  2. 02

    The phone becomes a bottleneck

In the middle of service nobody answers. The table stays empty and the guest does not call back.

  3. 03

    The platform keeps the guest

Commission per table and third-party profiles sit between the restaurant and the people who visit it.

What we do

Choose and book in a few minutes.

The whole journey, from search to table.

  1. 01

    Atmosphere first

The first screen shows the cooking, the room and the reason to choose the place.

  2. 02

    A menu for mobile

Sections, dishes, prices and allergens, clearly laid out, with no downloading or zooming.

  3. 03

    Direct booking

Day, time, party size and area in a short flow, with confirmation.

  4. 04

    A floor dashboard

The team sees requests, confirms them, logs phone bookings and closes dates.

Proof

Test it before you decide.

A complete demonstration with a fictional business: open the website, complete the action and see it arrive in the dashboard.

Frequently asked questions

Answers before you decide.

Is there a monthly fee for the website?

No. Essential and Complete Restaurant are one-off payments. Hosting and monthly services are optional and separate.

Does the booking system charge commission?

No. Bookings made on the website arrive in your dashboard with no commission per table. If you want to keep a booking platform, we can integrate it too.

Can we change the menu?

Yes. The complete scope can include managing the menu, opening hours and closed dates in the dashboard. What is included is written in the proposal.

Can the website be bilingual?

Yes. Complete Restaurant includes Portuguese and English, with the translation supplied or approved by the restaurant.

How long does it take?

Essential is ready in about 7 working days. A complete website takes 10 to 15 working days once we have the content.

What if the menu only exists as a PDF or photos?

We organise the menu from whatever you have, with categories, dishes, prices and allergens, before publishing it.
